JOB Opening - Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist.

If you have digital marketing skills, you’re someone that gets stuff done, and you have the same passion for making the world a better place as we do – we’d love to meet you! 

We’re not just here to make mountain bike clothing. We’re here to influence the culture of mountain biking and demonstrate to the world what an amazing lifestyle sport it is. All we do supports our mission to inspire people to live ‘no ordinary life’. 

We’re looking for a marketing guru to join our team and make an impact. As part of a rapidly growing brand, we are looking for someone to help kick goals and really get things done. 

Ideally you’re a mountain biker, or have dabbled in riding and we’ll soon make you an addict…we’re looking for someone that knows content and loves sharing that with our community. Someone that loves a challenge and who recognises that working for a start up company means you will be working in a fast paced environment with many projects on the go, and in a constantly evolving dynamic.

Being able to demonstrate a history working in digital marketing is a must, with high level design skills working with adobe suite. Beyond your technical expertise we’re looking for someone that can learn quickly, and we can work with to train, if needed, to be our digital marketing specialist. 

One day you may be helping on site at a photo shoot, creating content and managing the website, or drawing up an email marketing campaign, and the next day you will be managing online ad accounts.

You’ll be mentored by and work closely with the business founder and a team who are committed to a culture of providing the highest quality of product delivery and exceptional customer service - whilst driving cultural change and bringing innovation. 

To be in the running for this role ideally you can demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, graphic design or commerce;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing such as Facebook, Email, Google, SEO and more;
  • Design software experience (Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop/InDesign);
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative flair;
  • Keen eye for layouts, creative content design;
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic;
  • The ability to positively contribute to the team;
  • Ability to think critically, creatively and analytically.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Working hours are 9-5pm, working from our Sydney Warehouse/Office in Terrey Hills on the Northern Beaches. Some weekends, if attending events or travelling overseas.
