Job Opportunity: Product Manager DHaRCO

Position Overview:
As a Product Manager at DHaRCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our product line. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic individual with a diverse skill set encompassing technical and/or product design and development, tech specs development, production and quality management.
The ideal candidate will have managed the end to end process, but we will also consider specialists in any of these key areas of: product design, technical product development and/or production managers.
Location:
The role will be at DHaRCO's Terrey Hills office, with some work-from-home flexibility and a fun working environment. We also offer some exciting opportunities to travel to events and overseas destinations, all while making a meaningful impact in the fast-growing world of outdoor apparel.
Responsibilities:
Technical Product Design:

Utilise technical expertise to design innovative products that meet functional requirements and performance standards.
- Translate concepts into tangible product designs, incorporating technical specifications and industry best practices.
Fashion Product Design:
- Stay abreast of fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to inform the design process.
- Develop aesthetically appealing product designs that resonate with our target audience, balancing style with functionality.
Tech Specs Development:
- Create detailed technical specifications for each product, outlining materials, construction methods, and performance features.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Production Management and Liaising with Factory:
- Oversee the end-to-end production process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with factory partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Quality Management:
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold DHaRCO's reputation for excellence.
- Conduct thorough product inspections and performance testing to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
Speed to Market and Turning New Ideas into Products Fast:
- Drive efficiency and agility in the product development process, minimising time-to-market for new product concepts.
- Champion a culture of innovation and rapid iteration, empowering the team to swiftly turn ideas into viable products.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in product design, fashion design, or related field.

Proven experience in product management, with a focus on technical and/or fashion product design.

Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with illustrator software and other design tools. 3D design experience would be a plus.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
