Measure around your own body (not a clothing item) with a flexible measuring tape. Your measurement should be just on or under the listed measurement.
Note - measure around the biggest part of your hips and the smallest part of your waist. Don't go only on measurements alone as people have different body shapes and it is not an exact science. Please also take into consideration the general sizing chart above and what you wear in other clothes.

I searched long and hard for a women's specific mtb pant that wasn't just a shrunken version of men's pants. These don't disappoint! Slim fit yet comfy due to the stretch in the material. The size chart is slightly off- I based my choice on the description of what the model was wearing. I'm 5'5", 125lbs and a S fits perfect. I only wish there was one larger size pocket to fit a phone into.
Super stoked on this purchase!
Very comfy with good stretch. Fits well around thighs and butt however is very loose around the waist.
I absolutely love these pants! The best I have ever ridden in! I often feel like wearing them around the house they are so comfy! However the sizing is quite off putting. I am usually a small to medium and when I ordered the medium based on the website size chart I could not get them over my thighs. They were stupidly tight! I’ve had to go for a large which breaks my heart however now the waist is quite loose and the thighs are still quite tight.
Bottom line: these pants are great. The main fabric feels like great quality and has the perfect amount of stretch. The waistband has a very un-stretchy patterned fabric lining it which makes them less comfortable, particularly if they are already a snug fit. Which brings me to the curse of the schmedium. I'm 5'7" 130lbs and am often stuck in between small and medium sizes in bottoms. The small fit snugly and the waistband pushed in uncomfortably in the riding position. I ordered the medium to compare and while they are a little on the large size, They are more comfortable and I can use the velcro straps to make them work on the waist. The bottom hem falls just above my ankle.
I had originally had the L in my shopping cart, but read and re-read the sizing chart and sized down to Medium. The pants fit in the waist but they are just too darn tight in the thighs and calves for mountain biking. They are quite stylish, indeed, and have a ton of features, but for pedaling, I need to be able to fit my pads underneath and I don't want the fabric so snug so as to restrict movement. I'm bummed because it was an international order, and it is going to cost a pretty penny to return the pants and get the larger size. But there is a real paucity of women's mountain bike pants, so I'm committed to trying to make it work. If you have strong/muscular booty/thighs or calves, would recommend sizing up!!
