We want you to ride in style as soon as possible after placing your order, and we endeavour to send orders next business day.

Free Express Shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders shipping worldwide over AUD$100.

Within Australia:

Free Express Shipping: Orders over AUD$100

Standard Australia Post: $10

Express Australia Post: $16.50

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please. In general orders should be received within 5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas, and depends on the postal service.

International:

Free Express Shipping: Orders over AUD$100

New Zealand DHL Express: $15

Rest of World DHL Express: $25

International orders are sent via our designated courier, DHL, or in some cases via the postal service. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method depending on your order size and area.

Most orders to the US should arrive within 2-4 business days.

Most orders within Europe take 3-5 business days.

Import Duties: Overseas taxes, duties or tariffs may be payable by the customer, dependant on your country. 

The customer is responsible for any local government import and duties. Please check your local government regulations.  DHL or the Postal Service will not be able to deliver your goods unless the applicable duties, taxes or tariffs are fully paid.

This information is dynamic and varies per country, we cannot be liable for changing information. To the best of our knowledge as a guide for some the key countries we ship to:

USA - no import duties and taxes apply unless your order is over $800.

NZ - no import duties and taxes apply unless your order is over $1000.

South Africa and South America - your local government will generally apply GST/VAT upon arrival. Duties may also apply when the order is over a certain amount. This varies per country so check your local regulations.  

Order Processing Times

We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

The time frames above are estimates only, and DHaRCO makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

Availability

Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.

We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your DHaRCO purchase.

Once completed you will receive instructions of how to send back your items back to us.

TERMS

You can exchange or refund full priced items within 90 days of you receiving your order

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges. We have 6 locations for returns: Australia, Canada, USA, Netherlands, Switzerland & United Kingdom.

Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.

Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.

Please note no refunds or exchanges are offered on the following items: Underwear, Customised "Pro My Ride" Jerseys.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment - DHaRCO cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.

For Exchanges DHaRCO will pay to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. DHaRCO will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure SHOPIFY payment gateway online.

You can also choose to pay via PAYPAL in the paypal link at the Checkout.

For our overseas customers, we offer the option to pay in local currency through the Checkout button. This applies for USD, CAD, NZD, EUR and GBP.

If you do not select an alternative currency, all payments will be charged in AUD.

If you use PAYPAL to checkout you will be charged in AUD.

All customers will be automatically added to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your details are only passed to third parties, such as the eWay payment gateway or Australia Post, where necessary to make a purchase.

Your personal information will be protected by the password you have created. It is your responsibility to keep this password safe.

By consenting to DHaRCO’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
