About DHaRCO
At DHaRCO, we are more than just a clothing brand – we are igniting a movement. Our mission is simple: to make lifestyle sport accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, background, or skill level. We're here to challenge conventions and redefine what it means to be a part of the outdoor community.
Through our gear, we aim to empower people to feel confident, comfortable, and have fun - and inspire people to live ‘no ordinary life’.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organised and culture-driven Social Media / Content Manager to grow our community and create engaging content across our social channels.
This role goes beyond posting — it’s about storytelling, capturing the good times on and off the bike, and showcasing the products we build for riders.
Social media is evolving quickly and we’re looking for someone who understands the next wave of content — authentic, engaging and built around real people and riding culture. This might mean being on camera yourself, or confidently filming athletes, team members and riders to create compelling short-form content.
You’ll work closely with our team, athletes and ambassadors to bring the DHaRCO voice to life.
The Role
You’ll plan, create and schedule content across our key platforms - Instagram, Meta, TikTok and YouTube - helping manage the global content calendar and keeping our channels active, engaging and on brand.
You’ll also experiment with new styles of content, from talking-to-camera product explainers to ride moments and behind-the-scenes brand stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content for DHaRCO’s social channels
- Film and edit engaging short-form video content
- Develop new content formats (product explainers, ride clips, behind-the-scenes)
- Confidently appear on camera or film athletes and riders
- Manage the social media content calendar
- Support product launches, campaigns and events with content
- Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors and creators
- Maintain DHaRCO’s brand voice across channels
- Monitor engagement and use insights to guide future content
The Rhythm
This is a 22-hour per week role designed to offer flexibility while keeping our social channels active. It won't be the same each week and hours can also shift around launches, events or key riding moments.
Weekdays: Typically around 4 hours per day, focused on content creation, planning and collaboration. Weekends: A light 1–2 hour pulse check for comments and engagement. The Rotation: Weekend coverage is shared across the team so no one is always “on.”
About You
- The Creator: You have experience managing social media for a brand (ideally in lifestyle, sport or apparel) and are confident in creating engaging video content.
- The Storyteller: You understand what performs on social media today - especially short-form video and authentic storytelling.
- Comfortable on Camera: You’re happy to be the face of the brand on camera, or to confidently film athletes, team members and riders.
- Highly Organised: You’re structured and proactive, able to manage a content calendar and plan ahead while staying agile.
- The Editor: You have strong video editing and graphic skills and can turn raw footage into engaging social content.
- The Culture Fit: You understand riding culture, action sports or outdoor life. You don’t have to race - but you get it.
- Independent but Collaborative: You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the team.
Why DHaRCO?
- Be part of a global MTB brand built around fun, progression and community.
- Flexible part-time hours that still allow plenty of time for riding, training, study, or other activities.
- Work closely with athletes, creators and a passionate internal team.
- Help shape the voice and future of a brand that lives and breathes the ride.
