Rheon is a reactive material. It remains soft and breathable while you're riding, moving naturally with your body. On impact, it stiffens instantly to absorb and disperse energy, then returns to its flexible state. No rigid plates. No unnecessary bulk. Just protection that works.

Because the insert is removable, one protector can be shared across multiple Enduro Protection Bibs, making it easy to pack smart for multi-day adventures without compromising on protection. It's also perfect as a replacement insert or spare for your gear bag.

We designed the Enduro Bib and Bib Kit as a modular system to give riders more flexibility.

Think stage races, bike trips, or big riding weekends — when you want fresh bibs but don’t want to carry multiple protectors. With this system, you can run one Rheon back protector insert across multiple bibs, swapping it between them in seconds.

Start with the Bib + Protector Kit, then add extra Protector Ready Bibs if you want more bibs for multi-day rides.

The bib also works perfectly as a stand-alone mesh liner bib, so even on rides when you’re not running protection, you’ve still got one of the most comfortable bibs in your drawer.
