These are a standard fit. Our studio athlete is wearing a size M.

To find your size, measure your thigh 18cm above the knee and refer to the size chart. Use a measuring tape around your body (not over clothing), and your measurement should fall between the listed range for the best fit.

  • The pads can be machine washed without removal on a Cold Only cycle.
  • They should NOT be put in the dryer as this will damage the pad and sleeve.

Early Review - Good Light Trail Pads

Early review - only about 4 hours riding in them. If I could give 4.5 stars I would - better than a 4 but not quite a 5. I measured twice to get size - my calves are nearly as big as my thighs so I may be a little odd. They are very light, and comfortable to ride in. To compare I replaced Leatt Airflex Ultralight pads. These are about the same weight but feel like they may have a bit more protection (thankfully not tested). No silicon grippers at the bottom cuff which I think is a miss, but this is rare in a light trail pad. They feel a bit warmer than the Leatt's, even in a Brisbane winter, but are by no means hot to wear for a few hours. They look really good too!

Love them, except even though measured correctly they are very tight on the thigh, resulting in unflattering fat bulge, which is probably more common in women.

Bought a product I hope I never need!

These are excellent knee and elbow pads. Light weight and breathable, you don’t even know you’re wearing them. In tests the inner gel hardens on impact. I just hope I don’t need it to save me too often!

Dharco hit the sweet spot

Dharco absolutely nailed the sweet spot with knee pads that are comfortable enough to pedal all day in without taking off, yet they do a perfect job of staying in place. All of my other kneepads either would slide around or be so tight that they'd take skin off at the end of a big ride. With Dharco's kneepads, I was able to pedal multiple 5000ft/1700m+ days in a given week with zero issues. The trail knee pad is the perfect pad for local trail days - minimalistic feel with absolutely zero compromise. The Gravity knee pad gives a bit more side protection to the knee, ideal for enduro or higher risk rides. I picked up both - they both are lighter than basketball knee sleeves with a similar feel. I am very happy with my purchase.
