A couple of weeks ago my wife bought a hat from DHaRCO that very quickly became her favourite hat. She wore it all the time when we were out Biking (afterwards – Post-Helmet-Hair-Hat 😉)
Then someone thought it was his hat and took it… or we simply lost it… well, it was gone. It also was gone in all of Europe – Out of Stock!!!

I turned to the Customer-Team from DHaRCO and they helped me get a hat from their storage in “Australia” so I could surprise my wife with it. How good is that...
The whole exchange was efficient and just all-around helpful.

Besides that, I love their stuff.

I bought two of these hats for my kids. This is the 2nd ones I have bought, as they always fit and look great.
Highly recommended for little shredders
